Hiya

I know it's Monday morning and I am a little bit out of sorts but I am finding these little red words just a teensy bit irritating.....

Is it just me ??

Is it on trial or permenant ?

Could we as an alternative have a 'Glossary' where peeps could go to to look things up that they don't understand ?

Poppy,

You get the prize for first to spot and comment on the new links :woohoo:

What are they ? :

- they are links on 'keywords' found in articles leading to the main page on Wiki for that keyword.

What are they for ?

- it is just another way to navigate around wiki and find key information

What sites use these type of links ?

- The obvious site which uses these links A LOT is wikipedia.

Why are they red ?

- erm, they shouldnt be, they should be orange, like all other links on Wiki.

So are they staying?

- Yes. But we are able to decide on how they look (ie what colour and whether to have the little arrow icon after them). So it is possible to blend them in more with main text if that is what peeps want.

It worked (and is still working) on this thread:

www.wikivorce.com/divorce/Divorce-Forum/...e-for-mediation.html

Where the words 'Pensions' and 'Mediation' appear in Red with the arrows... (Not The Red Arrows; it's clever but it's not like there's red, white and blue smoke coming out of it at it flies in formation)
