Hiya

I think the Wiki Library is a fantastic mine of information and, possibly judging by the content of some of the questions in the Forum, very much under-used.

As the Forum use seems to have tripled recently with a huge increase in posts might it be an idea to promote the Wiki Library as a first port of call to members before they post a question on the Forum ??

Perhaps something in bold large print , on the Forum home page, bringing members attention to the Library might help?

I know it's easier just to post a question but I get a feeling that lots of posts are going unanswered/unseen simply because of the huge volume of questions we are experiencing.......

That's a great idea poppy. Did you know members can add their own articles to the library? There's an article in the help section of the library explaining how.
