Wikivorce Policy - Membership, and Use of

Wikivorce Policy - Membership, and Use of

Membership Policies

1 – We operate a strict one member, one membership account policy. Unless you have the prior permission of the site administrator to have a second account, anyone found to be having a second account will automatically, and without prior notice have that account closed down, and could face receiving a permanent exclusion from Wikivorce.

2 – We have a structured disciplinary procedure which is put in place when a member breaches either our Terms and Conditions or one, or more, or our policies.

A first Formal Warning from TeamWiki

A Second Formal Warning from TeamWiki

A Third and final Warning from TeamWiki

All membership privileges revoked and a permanent exclusion from Wikivorce.

You may, or may not, receive an informal warning prior to the first formal warning.

In some instances, where there is a serious breach of our Terms & Conditions and/or policies, Wikivorce reserve the right to immediately, and without prior notice, put in place a permanent exclusion on the member [s] in question, without recourse for return.

A permanent exclusion is just that – permanent. Any member who has received such an exclusion from Wikivorce and attempts to re-join will automatically, and without prior notice have that account removed, and could face being served a legal notice.

We do not allow members to be under the age of 18.
