Wikivorce allows the use of photographic and other images to be uploaded onto the Members Gallery, forum posts, library entries and blog posts, providing the image is not of a child under the age of 18 or  inappropriate (ie pornographic, depicting violence, prejudice, nudity or other scenarios which are not conducive to the ethos of Wikivorce). Members must seek the permission of any Wikivorce members shown in a photograph/other image before uploading that photograph/image. Wikivorce reserve the right to remove images we feel are inappropriate, or receive complaints regarding that image.

Wikivorce has a video gallery, where members can upload videos. Wikivorce reserve the right to remove videos that are considered inappropriate (ie, pornographic, contain images of children under 18, depicting violence, prejudice, nudity or other scenarios which are not conducive to the ethos of Wikivorce).
