Clean Break Consent Orders

When you get divorced you must agree a fair financial settlement with your spouse. It is important that this agreement is documented as a legally binding Consent order and approved by a family court.

A Consent Order is a legally binding document that describes how property, pensions, savings and debts will be divided between husband and wife on divorce. It also prevents your ex from making financial claims against you in the future if you make money from property investment or receive an inheritance or a lottery win.

Our Managed Consent Order service

This is a fully managed service.  Our experienced family lawyers will draft a Consent Order based on the agreement that you have reached. They will complete all the necessary forms and submit the order to court for approval.

This comprehensive legal-binding document covers all aspects of your financial settlement.

Tailored to your individual circumstances, your Consent Order can include:

- Agreement on property sale or transfer
- Savings, investments and other assets
- Dealing with mortgages and other debts

- Child and/or Spousal Maintenance
- Protection from all future claims

Select Option 1

If you do not plan to share pensions:

Managed Consent Order
(standard) £950

Select Option 2

If your agreement involves pension sharing:

Managed Consent Order
(with Pension Sharing) £1200

Note: The reason we charge more for agreements involving pensions is that an additional Pension Sharing Annex document must be drafted by the lawyer for each of the pension pots to be shared.
