Update: FDR I agreed to pay him 11.5k other than that we each keep our own assets.

His pension increased 350k during marriage. Ordered to provide contribution schedules - did not. I couldn’t afford to take to final hearing and get pensions expert so I settled.

He made 350k of AVCs, at least 95k from joint funds during marriage and got away with the lot. Judge ignored the fact that I didn’t know about the AVCs until a few months prior to divorce.

His conduct post separation resulted in 25k legal fees for me. Just couldn’t afford to continue. Judge ignored him deliberately racking up my fees too.

Legal team told me I was due 50-80k from him. Which is why I didn’t settle sooner. Could’ve settled with him much earlier and possibly avoided costs but at one point he was sending me 100+ e mails pm so I needed a solicitor for my own sanity.

Outcome is a total joke. It’s not justice or fairness it’s just totally arbitrary and the person with the most money wins at the expense of the other, usually the woman and children as is the case here.

Also the court is blind to fraudulent use of joint funds in marriage, deliberate escalation of one parties costs at the expense of the other and people saying they can’t get a job (he voluntarily left his job then claimed he was unable to find another). It’s the person who keeps working hard who loses.

Oh and most of his disclosure was months old, some dating to 2024. Court couldn’t give a rats ass. Utter joke.

Anyway, at least I have cut ties and that’s what counts.

Mr Millionaire if you’re reading - you will undoubtedly die the loneliest, richest man in the graveyard. (And that is the politest thing I have to say about you).
