I'm glad to see wiki taking an interest on improving the divorce process; and I continue to be grateful for the site.

However the survey says:

...But we also want to help drive change in the legal world and to do that we need your input.

In order to change things; it is crucial to empower the people without gagging them. Since things change when they come out of the closet, change when enough voices are heard, I still think it is crucial that we be allowed to Name and Shame solicitors who have acted against Resolution, or have not given us a fair, honest service.

There are just too many disatisfied wiki users.

Why can't we do this!? If it OUR experience; they can't deny what we 'feel'.

But we are speaking of our experiences, our truths! Why can they defame us!!!! ????

If I'd had a dodgy builder, plastic surgeon, babysitter, hairdresser etc, I'd want to complain. Complaining does nothing.

It could work like a review.

Sera,

'Our truths' become the truth when proven in court, until that time they could be libel.

The point is: I've been libeled by this action.

I've been libelled in the divorce application, and told it's too expensive to disagree.

All those very FALSE allegations were simply changed to him saying "I feel" in front of every allegation of Unreasonable Behaviour.

So why can't we say "I feel intimidated by his solicitors" adding their name?

How can they deny what I feel?

If wiki got sued, I'd happilly stand in the dock as a key witness to this injustice.

No, sorry,

The only reason the 'law' will never have to stand up and be counted is...

they have the LAW beind them.

If there was a separate system for bringing crappy solicitors to book, it would be full, then you would have other systems making money out of us.

If indeed there was a system for bringing incompetent sols and their puppets to book, solicitors would have no more holidays and bonus schemes in place. They are the law, and they think they are above the law!!!

They keep us in the dark, making us think that they know all...they keep us oblivious to everthing, telling us that they know everything, and scowling at us if we make one inference that we might not be happy with their advice.

Thank goodness for internet knowledge. I just wish wiki would show them how far we have travelled, and how much we are willing to accept now.
