Sorry.missed this out.

Law is simple, if Judges can do it, so can we.

Because.... we all all there and experiencing it anyway. Out of touch and live in a world that no-one recognises. One of our local judges threw out a case, because the wintess, (the lady that was beaten and left for dead) was too convincing. The jury might believe her.!!!!!!!!!!!! So the offender walks free and the victim is left amazed at 'Good old British Justice'

Sack the old git, get rid of him. Did he not actually realise that the Jury might believe her, because, SHE WAS REALLY REALLY TELLING THE TRUTH. Is this society totally geared up for the liar and the cheat. When is all this going to be changed? It is about time it is all put right, and Jo Pulic at least get a chance.

oh my godness let us hope so for the sake of my gg grandchildren.

Another good Sol story!

1st wife, amicable divorce. Her sol decided he would 'wipe the floor with me' his words to my then Ex. She advised she did not want this but he carried on and started to claim I was not answering letters and he got very annoyed because I refused to get a solicitor myself. Called my Ex and was advised of what Sol had said to her so decided to hand deliver letter to him. Next thing in private room but with door slightly open he threatens me with his fist for daring to call him a liar to my Ex, after the shock I quickly said in a loud voice so everyone outside in the reception could hear me (including a friend of mine) I told him to stop putting his fist up to me, he does it again so I got louder and he backed off, I stormed out of the room threw the letter on the reception desk noting that they had all heard what had happened and advised them that I would be going to the ombudsman about this. By the time I got home (10mins) he was on the phone, very polite and invited me to a meeting. End result, he wound his neck in did as he was asked and the divorce went thorough well like we wanted. I did not take the matter further but it was nice to see this person back right down and appologise.

One rule for them and another for us is how things are, wish & hope things will change but not holding my breath.

Even if you do have a sol found guilty bt a cort, a court of appeal AND the law society, they can have the publications renoved if they are an influential member of their regulatory body.

The laws in statute are good, its the practitioners that are not so much an ass as corrupt.
