All I can say is, good luck! I really hope it''ll be good news for your child at your final hearing.
While it won''t change anything legally, it''s good to share personal experience in the forum. Sometimes you just need somewhere to air it out.

Non-molestation order is a serious allegation. The trouble is, the system won''t punish the accuser for making false allegations. Sounds like you are having a very rough time.

That''s what my stbx hopes for.
- Have the kid "on her side" emotionally. It''s a fact that the more time you spend with a person, the better bond you can create with that person.
- Avoid getting full-time or reasonable work and expect I can continue to be her source of income...
- If she doesn''t get enough money from me, she can easily deny access without any legal implication.

All these are being dressed up in flowery language with the support from the "system".
Primary carer, stability, children needs 1 regular place to go home to, the best interest of the child, etc.

It''s because of an imbalance in the family that had caused the divorce. The system is continuing the imbalance after the divorce and the conflict between the 2 parents continues. The children suffer as a result.
We are all brought up to think 50:50 is the fairest split in most conflicting situations. Then both parties move on.
