So none of the negotiations we have had would be taken into account? Or the fact there are two more children to consider now?

My ex is not looking to enforce the court order at this point in time but thats not to say she wouldn''t look to do that in the future.

If there is no possibility of us negotiating between us then I guess my only option is is register with CMS ?

Is there any one who can explain how the process works ? I have a non contributory pension and receive a one off performance related bonus if applicable in March.
