When I submitted the Form A, I did tick the box for maintenance pending suit, so I’m hoping the Court will deal with that at first hearing. We did eventually start looking at a pension report, but his solicitor actually emailed me and said it wasn’t the client that was causing the delay, she had prioritised more important people!

I think he’s probably going to use some of that £9k to pay for a barrister! Meanwhile, I tried to play fair, and I’m down to doing this myself
I have really really had enough!
