Silver, when you say you have been at solicitors do you mean you have your own solicitor or did you see his solicitor. How impartial was this advice.

Why wouldn't he able able to rent anything? Your children's needs are the priority here, not his.

because it me who decided to divorce i have my own solicitor, my husband income is not too big hes got 2 kids with his first wife and 2 kids with me plus some loans to pay plus pays credit for the house.even if he would ment to try to sel the house the money we would get would not be enough to re-home noone of us.because i am polish and i do not have in uk any family my best option is to move out to the town i lived before as i got some friends there to give me support over here i know only my husband and few people at work but generally im on my own.think thats why i am so scared.but i know the divorce is the right move for my kids to have a happy life. my husband will be paying CM.
