I am wondering what your solicitors are doing practically to help you here and how they are earning their money.

You have proof that husband has salted away in excess of £300,000! OMG and it is evidenced by bank accounts.

That money needs to be frozen so that it can be accounted for in settlement.

What has your solicitor advised?
