Linda the previous Income Support or Incapicity one as everybody has been claiming for years wont exist anymore and everybody will be on ESA. It might take 3yrs to switch over. I know these people defauding the system is gonna have difficulties. Ive had a very difficult time with ESA and DLA and I have really been to hell and back.

Its been a rocky road for me since 2009 and if a Nurse give yu 0 score and denied, the fight begins all over again. I now demand to be seen by a doctor since last year and now we are going forward at least.

I believe everybody is gonna be denied with new applications, my conditions is serious and true. But if people become so stressed and just want to give up and they can save the country 50% or 20% of the benifits they are paying currently, its good news to me.

But in my stupidity about benifits this is my personal view
And I will only use CAB in my future dealings with them, not on my own again.

Thanks Dukey for this info and thanks Linda for the support

DLA is changing to PIP from April 2013 which also means you will be re- assessed for that benefit as well

Dukey I did subcribe to this site and a member 2010 and all the info is on hand and very clear.
But its when it comes to the Atos medicals and you have all your medical reports, scans clearly stating spinal problems from Thorasic,Cervical and Lumbar..and the Nurse on her computor never even touch me, gives me 0 score, and states I only have Lumbar problems.

When in fact I have Neuralgia from Shingles, permanent nerve damage, Osteoporisis and Athritis Fribromyalgia and Nerve root and disk degeneration in my whole spine, can hardly walk with stick about 50meters, restricted and now cnt use my left arm as well, heavy meds and files of records from 4 different hospitals.
Pain clinic report clearly states my all these problem is now constant and unfortunately is going to get worse from now but they will monitor me and increase the dosage of my meds to help me with the pain and in my daily life.

Dealing with this and divorce proceedings at the same time has been driving me crazy. But Im ranting again and still dont know what happens when they visit my home :) But I will read all I can again about benifits,I have not been on this site Dukey mentioned for long time. thanks again.
