Thanks for your reply - it was very informative.

As I mentioned previously, I would prefer to go down the family based arrangement route rather than the enforcement route as it will hopefully result in a better relationship between myself and my ex partner (which will ultimately benefit the baby).

However this of course is also dependent on my ex agreeing to go down this approach. Therefore what options are available to me if my ex refuses to sit down and agree a family based approach.
