Rose not at all , i have always paid. the csa stopped taking the money from my bank, and i contacted them on many occasions to send a new mandate but never received it. I just started paying the money direct to my ex and heard nothing from the csa for ages. now they say im in arrears and do not take into account the money i paid to my ex.

Insane, no , not paying for the kids is not the issue, i do pay for them. I was self employed before and now have been in an employed possition for almost a year. I used to give them my bookwork for them to assess my income. They didnt ask for payslips or any other documentation from me, just went straight to my employer. They have not put a DOE on me as i pay by direct debit anyway
