Yes, but her solicitor would write and ask for your left kidney if she instructed him to do so.

you are well within your legal rights to apply to the CSA one year after the Consent Order is sealed by the courts. Getting agro about it certainly hasnt done her any favours. Do prepare yourself for backlash of some kind if you do this however.
