I would stay away from this friend. If he is doing CRB checks all the time he is breaking the law on a number of accounts.

It wouldn't look good for any parent to be involved in a criminal offence.

You can't even do a credit check on somebody without their full consent.

This friend, if he does have access to such data, it can only be through his employment so if he is caught he almost certainly will lose his job and be charged.

The CSA will not vary her maintenance unless you apply for a variation. Yes, you can request a variation on grounds of a life style inconsistent with declared income. The problem with this is that it can take months to even get past the preliminary consideration and contest stage before it is referred to the first-tier tribunal. This takes time and costs money!

It is not enough to show that the NRP is leading an extravagent lifestyle as there may be many good reasons for this (credit cards, loans, etc). It all boils down to the burden of proof!

Unfortunatley the CSA do not like getting tangled up in complicated cases and many applicants give up when they realise the problems involved with actually proving the case.

Why stay away from someone that is helping me......

I wanted to know my children are in safe hands.... So I got a CRB, end of..

I would do it again if needed, the children’s safety comes first I am afraid.
