What will happen to arrears through the CSA when they close their cases? Will they automatically be carried forward to the new case, or will they be lost in the ether?

It always used to be that a case couldn't be closed if there were arrears unless the PWC confirmed that they didn't want the arrears collecting. If PWC was on benefits this wasn't an option as arrears were owed to the treasury not the pwc
