The CSA has no jurisdiction when there is a court order for child maintenance predating March 2003. Was child maintenance agreed and documented in a Consent Order or just voluntarily?

If it was voluntarily the CSA would have jurisdiction and as others have said under CSA rules the non resident parent pays a a flat rate of 15/20/25% respectively for 1,2,3+ children.

i've had 3 days involvement with the csa and had two arguements and them hang up on me once in that time. i've always been willing to pay child support, never hid from them. i actually contacted them before my ex did.but it is clear the agency is only interested in money and shafting the male.

he will have to pay 20%

rant over, sorry
