Wow, ok this is spot on. I''m going to read the link you kindly sent right now. Certainly your circumstance seems very very similar.

It isn''t that we wish to do anything other than the right thing...it''s just that researching the right thing can be very challenging. This definitely helps steer some logic and structure into the situation.

I may come back to you at a later point if that would be ok...if any specifics come up. At this time there is a sort of quiet before the storm that is occurring so the immediate pressure has lifted a little. Unfortunately the certainty of the event is not in question and data like that you have kindly supplied is very re-assuring for me as a link in the process. Many thanks again...off to read the link

Hi Mike, a belated thank you for your reply a few days back and yes concur entirely on the post kindly sent by 24965....have not read in detail but looks very promising indeed.

Have to say Wikivorce is a super resource and replies from all are genuinely appreciated.

Here is the link again:

www.turn2us.org.uk/benefits_search.aspx

If you''re having problems with it again, just do a search on google for Entitled To.

If your friend is entitled to Income Support or Job Seekers Allowance, she should get legal aid automatically. I recommend she does not move out until she gets legal advice.

Most solicitors will offer a free half hour consultation.

Good luck :)
