Write to your MP, see what their response is. Alternatively does anyone know whether the OP can involve the court?

Thanks, I''ve already decided to write to my MP. I just cant get my head around it!!! Does that mean that he is eligible to use the NHS for free if he pays no NI but has an income? what about when he goes back on the dole?

The CSA are actually taking him to court as we speak for fraud as he lied about working two years ago when i first applied for child maintenance. But these two things are separate in their eyes.

I dont know how these nrps do this. Its going to be on him years down the line when he has to explain to his children why he didnt want to contribute financially to their upbringing. dont waste too much energy on it. the csa are terrible at things like this and the stress it could cause you wont ever be reimbursed. just know you are doing right by your children now and in the end they will know who truly supported them. I myself am looking at emigrating but its not to shirk my responsibilities here. in fact the rental income from my home here will be used to pay the cm i pay currently and in addition i will contribute 20% of my income in the new country to my children. bettering my situation financially is a big part of the reason for the possible move and in doing so my children will benefit much more. it beggars me nrps who use the system to do damage like this to their own offspring.
