Hi

Small point - a 13/14 yo can have a 9.5, but god yes, get a NYAS one.. that is way I suggested contacting them before you go anywhere.. they are not adverse to coming to court, askin to intervene and getting themselves appointed if they consider the need is there.

The judge will end it soon hun. You might want to ask for a 91.14 order to get some peace ... that means she isnt allowed to take it back to court without the judge saying she can, and with a late teen it is likely to be refused.

Don't get the chequebook out, self represent as a Litigant In Person and use the aid of an experience McKenzie friend.

Why waste money on useless solicitors when you could be using the money on your family.

But a McKenzie Friend isn't the same thing as a solicitor, the aren't qualified and they are not bound by a professional code, they aren't insured, there is no complaints procedure or compensation and many of them have their own agenda.
