Thank you Fiona - looks like we may be able to agree on that in mediation perhaps. I don't think he is disputing support for my eldest son - he transfers pocket money to him etc - it's just that I wasn't sure whether the CSA would deal with a claim for all three (my solicitor has advised an application to them in the event that he stops paying the bills on the house etc - which he is currently doing).:)

Didnt mean to offend, but it was just a general query really. As you say it is an open forum and generally most people on here wont know the full story - as you say, and most of on here have been through a lot as well, so we do know what you are going through. In my case I have been fighting the CSA for several years now. I have even taken the csa through the tribunal, it kind of went in my favour, but still trying to get moneies from the ex partner is a nightmare. Some monies would be lovely!! Please dont be so defensive, because we all want to help, and sometimes BOTH sides of the broken family need help.
