Well he was offering me simply what I paid in for past 3 years. I believe it is because I am born in Europe he wants to pull the well over my eyes.

So we own 2/3 or more of this house.

Age wise he is late 50s I'm late 40s.

(8 years gap)

I have meet a few solicitors and the one I'm with just wants to line there own pockets. I am filling in my financial form now and yes I will see all what he has.

I say his trying to rip me off because he is offering me 3 years half mortgage payments back. It's been since I spoken to a close friend (she's a younger girl who's family went through this) she informed me he is attempting to rip me off with his deal.

I appreciate any help and thank you for your replies

Is there any points anyone can help me with ( I don't know what, just any other general tips)

Thank you

Try to learn as much as possible about the process, try to do as much of the paper work like form filling and collecting information as you can but when it comes to presenting in court if you have the money I would hire a barrister who will present your case for you in court which can be a very confusing and intimidating place. It's only become possible in the last few years to hire barristers directly as in the past you used to have to hire them through your solicitor but if you can do as much of the work of a solicitor as possible yourself you will save a lot of money and also feel more in control of the situation.
