I want the court to make it enforceable? but not involve the CSA in imposing it? So we agree it but the court rubber stamp it

The court can only make a CM order if you both agree, and even then, after a year either party can apply to the CSA which then takes over from the court order.

If the court are helping sort the money side (ancillary relief) they have no jurisdiction for child maintenance for children under 18,

Its CSA or an informal agreement you both make,

We are (intending) splitting everything 50/50. Pensions we're not touching.

Is that what you're describing as maintenance or ancillary relief?

I'm using the Consent Order from here ^^^ to get that sorted


...and Child maintenance is a different issue?
