I have got D10 and now I am filling out the form.

but Q6 & Q7, I have no idea what I should write.

Q6 :When we agree financial issue, then already prepared to ask it to solicitor to write "Concent order", what should I write ?

Q7 :He is high earner (37K or so) and have big pension.
I am "mature" student, working part time and looking after disable old father.
(I have no family except my father)
he pay the cost which I told him and he agreed (I think).
How should I write it down?

Thank you

Hello Moca

Question 6 is asking if you agree to pay the costs of the actual divorce of the applicant, this is nothing to do with any financial agreement you have made it is just the cost of the divorce, if he is paying his own costs don`t worry about it just agree.

Question 7 is asking about children either of the marriage (biologically yours) or of the family (step children) if you don`t have any put N/A.

About Q7 is
"Even if you do not intend to defend the case do you object to paying the costs of the proceedings? If so, on what grounds? "

I think it is not a question about childeren ...
So I don't know what I should write..
(Q8 is about Children's issue)

thank you

Hello Moca

Ive just checked the form rather than working from memory,

Question 6 relates to paying costs of the suit.

Question 7 is statement of arrangements for children.

Question 6

If you are paying your own legal costs for the divorce and he is paying his put "No"

If he is asking you to pay his costs for the actual divorce and you don`t want to put "Yes" and then the reason you think you should not have to pay his costs.

One last bit what is the reason for the Petition Moca is it unreasonable behavior or adultery? or another.

Hello. dukey

thank you for your reply.

My D10 form's Q7 is not about the children.

I type exactly from the form now..
Q6:
In the event of a Decree Nisi being granted on the basis of two year's separation coupled with the repondent's consent,do you intend to apply to the Court for it to consider your financial position as it will be after the divorce?

Q7:
Even if you do not intend to defend the case do you object to paying the costs of the proceedings? If so, on what grounds ?
So Q7 is not about the arrangement for children...I thought.

The grounds for divorce is 2 years separation.

Thank you

thank you, dukey

the form is a bit different from mine.
it might be because of the ground for the divorce.

I write down "yes" for "my form" of question 6 .. and they say "if yes, you must apply FORM B"..

thank you for your information and taking my matter :)
