I`m a bit lost you say you have a solicitor, they should be dealing with this, they will be aware of protocol.

Its simple you send a draft to his solicitor,

They say i want this bit changing,

You agree or not,

It goes to court and court forward it to his solicitor,

By sending a draft it allows some clarification, so its not uncommon for the other side to respond saying along the lines of they accept the marriage is over but will only sign on the basis any allegations made will not be raised at future hearings and that costs will be agreed from the outset, i assume your solicitor has already explained all of this.
