Been great help on here so far and onto next step now.

My deemed service (wife ignored Petition and was process served) was effective and I can now apply for my Decree Nisi.

The court was supposed to be sending the forms out for this and I havent received them so I''ll download them, save time.

Just to confirm, I need to fill in 2 forms?

form D84 (application for decree nisi) and form D80 (statement in support)

and anything else I need to know?

Cheers
