I have just over a yr to finish its full time he is 20 but in full time education judges put children of both parties in street in order to sell the house n I have to b in street but there should b protection of the family life for children in need no matter how old if I am in need of accommodation surely the judge could stay the sale until I finish Uni n everybody else in full time education they r her children she should b providing for them but she chose not to clarify these issues pliz

Children over 19 who are at university do not count for CSA purposes but their need for a bedroom is a factor.

A lot here is going to depend on how your stbx''s housing needs (and those of the younger children) are being met.

It would not be unreasonable for any sale to be delayed until you finish university. You can agree this between you without needing a judge to order it.

You need to be careful here that you are not going to end up with legal costs that outweigh the assets you have between you.
