Ok makes sense.

Question 9 is fine.

Question 10, it''s something like the marriage has broken down, an existing Petition was filed (date) which must be dismissed in order to file another divorce application with the factor of unreasonable behaviour, no acknowledgment of service was provided from the first Petition.

You''ll get to explain the problem in court with the judge, chances are it will be dismissed and you start again.

That''s a question for court, if this is dealt with on paper, no hearing it''s £45, if the judge decides on a hearing it''s £90, a quick call to court should clear it up.

I know it''s a pants answer but not all courts do it the same way.
