Sorry to hijeck this thread, I am currently confused on this section as I am divorcing my wife for adultery and as I work and she doesnt, she may be cleaming these things from me (not vice versa) shall I just also tick them all?

You tick all the boxes too. You can always choose not to action one or more of them but you can't introduce them later.
