He is not bothered so much about the settlement -he has changed his pleadings at least 3 times - the third time in court at the beginning of the trial when he decided he wanted immediate sale of the house and a 50% share although the property is in my sole name and bought by me and that this action would leave his children 8 and 4 homeless and he has never paid a penny in maintenance.
