Nice one Dukey!

I exercise by walking my dog and doing weekly agility classes with her. In the early days the dog felt like my only reason for getting out of bed so she has really helped me emotionally as well as making me exercise. I chat to her all the time and I get to meet and talk to lots of people - you''re never ignored when you''re out with a dog!

I''ve taken up running (although lapsed of late), love walking from my front door and taking in the scenery, also took up Zumba. It really is fantastic. Even on my darker days I would go and come away feeling energised and as if I''d been on holiday. Sadly the teacher is now pregnant and on maternity leave - very selfish of her!!. Lily don''t be afraid to go to a class - no one cares if you don''t do it exactly right - that''s what so good about it.
Now started Pilates - very different to Zumba and just as good but in a completely different way.
