Ice was broken last night ,funnily enough just after I had given you a thought as I said I would. Lights were out and she said something which she had not for a couple of years " do you love me ?" Well after this week and comments from Mike above about being honest to us both, I just replied by saying I think like many other couples we have drifted apart and that I have not been happy for some time. She asked if I would miss her if she was not there , to which I said i don't know because she is here , you can't really guess. I left it by saying we will have to see what can be done to sort things out. She said she would want me however grumpy I was. I suppose she would in view of her being comfortable and perhaps she does love me. Not sure what will happen next but at least it's not an unknown subject now and whatever happens I want the least possible upset to all. The other party is due to her nature (I think)not pushing me but somehow i've got to find out what her feeings her for me. I would be destroyed if in the end she did not feel the same for me and and up worse than now. I was not looking for love it just happened by chance for me anyway.
