Ooops - must have exceeded the message length limit. What was missing was that you won't like the asset split figure - How right I would have been!

Depending on variaous factors it could be even more than that. But remember, you will be looking to offset your pension against the rest of the asset pot in order to keep it intact. 80:20 is not unheard of.

Also remember that the home contents too have a value.
