What happens is that they finally face the consequences of having NOT made a choice. We make choices every day, and NOT making a choice between two options is still a choice and still has consequences. The consequence is that one or both of the options evaporates and you're left with no choices at all.

The consequence of my husband choosing to live without my financial support is that one day he'll run out of money and he'll have to work, cheat and steal, or find a new sugar mama.

The consequence of having an affair is the wife and the mistress may both leave you.

There are always consequences.

I agree with every wise word you have said there :)

How is any of this ranting considered to be humourous?

I wasent aware it had to be...

my exs latest plan is to stay with her mum until she gets a council house.. now i have been told that waiting time is good but also if you have not been actively bidding on a house then the chanes of getting one are reduced greatly.. for the sake of my kids i hope she does get somewhere but if she does not then she will no doubt end up staying there as there will be more room available and when her mum goes she will get the house anyway..

shes back on the same road she stated on across from the house she grew up in so she is comfy there.. i guess its a mentality...

The slice of cake the harridan could buy with the dough she had off me,could probably solve third world starvation,it ain't never running out.In fact I checked it had them hundreds and thousands and squirty cream and not one but two cherries on the top.
My only hope was that eating a slice of cake that big might have led to obesity and degenerative heart disease but then upon medical advice from a top cardiologist that could not happen to anyone who did not possess the said appendage.:P ;) ;) ;)

no bitterness. I am ready for the day she asks me for help to house the kids. If it ever comes.
