I felt more comfortable knowing that new man wanted it clear that he had no claim, like you I don''t anticipate any problem and I see my ability to trust a new relationship as a positive sign that devastated as I was stbx has not changed my basic nature. I''m glad to still be happily trusting and optimistic although I have know new man for 15 years as a friend and he is gainfully employed - the smelly dog and guitar are true but not he whole story, just my little amusement.
