There''s another group I noticed called city social

Many dating sites are free though - I paid for one and found it a complete waste of time - but have met some nice gents on other dating sites - they are not all looking for you to "put out" on a first date by any means!

POF is free it''s hard work weeding out the idiots and players on both sides of the fence. It can be a bit soul destroying but if you don''t have a go you don''t know. Most of the pay sites are a waste of time and money and are no better than the free ones.

Depending where you are there is a site called dinnerdates and they seem to be well organised but mainly in London and surrounding areas.

Perin, just join a meet up group or the ramblers as suggested. There are many people of both sex who are just looking for friendships.
Personally I could not do the dating sites, tbh I could not be arsed anyway,if I am meant to be in another relationship I will be and it will find me.Friendship is the most important thing we can have, and if your lucky to meet someone and it goes further, then count yourself lucky
