Thanks for clarifying that. Can you tell me the name of the form I need to obtain and the cost please. Is there a hearing and if so, how will I find my ex to attend?

Can anyone please answer my question as to what form i need to apply for to take my kids abroad for a 2 week holiday, and the court cost. Is it a child arrangement order or a simply a request for a holiday order?

Form C100, for a Specific Issues Order, the court fee is £215, and yes there will be at least one court hearing, and if the matter cannot be resolved at this first hearing then there will be further hearings.
