I know it''s of no use to you now but you can "buy" a fixed price package from a solicitor for this stuff, wiki offers a solicitor service for Consent Order advice and help with the D81 for £99.

Thank you. I did pay a fixed fee (more than £99 though). But there has been a lot of time-wasting faff over him paying a nominal maintenance (incase I get ill etc). So i was worried all that would be adding up and the money would need topping up!

Your right to be worried, if you paid for CO advice and help with D81 it does not cover "faff", often it reverts to an hourly rate which can mount up ever so fast, £200 per hour often, more for a city lawyer.

Hi can I ask if on page 10 regarding property I am buying my ex out of the FH on this section is it the fulll valuation of the property minus the new mortgage amount deducted ?
