If 2 of our pensions have not had their CETVs updated since Jan 2022 will they need to be updated before the pension share?Also do you have to send three months pay slips and bank statements for the D81 form which goes to court with the Consent Order?What is the usual order for consent order,applying for Decree Absolute and putting the house on the market ?Can I put the house on the market before I recieve the decree absolute?Thank you in advance.
