Really appreciate the feedback, her solicitor has come back again and said I need to show them the last final 13 months of mortgage statements but either way if I do they still say they will take me back to court for the missing monies that she had expected. I feel I shouldn't reply and just let it pan out, it causes such anxiety. I'm going to stand my ground on that there wasn't anything stated in final order to maintain the mortgage payments
