I understand your frustration Arnie, all i can suggest is you follow a different route to clarify the solicitors qualifications.

Wiki or to be more precise the guys who run the site have spent much time considering the 1998 update and as a result needed to make some changes to protocol so as not to fall foul of the act.

As for the SRA well what can i say............useless springs to mind.
