Posts only get hits because people are seeking information and as its in the window at a given moment its clicked on. This does not mean that any post is getting popular support, merely that its there to be seen and read. Most on here are not up to the stage of completion yet and those who are over it rightly or wrongly if not in their favour are without doubt quite angry about it, if mine goes belly up at the end of 60 days Ill be miffed but not bitter enough to blame my legal representatives.

In the end it’s the Judges decision; different day different judge can make a slight difference. If your not happy with this site then there is always the… tools… options… and delete history not to come back. I have no complaints about this site or the legal reps. I’ve had immense help, support and advice from every one, I have a good a legal side so it shoots your theory of all legal reps being garbage out of the window.

TheMax: A distortion of what I have said. The hits on the blog are through the roof. On my blog is an article recommending this site. They are moderating me to death here and ultimately "they" are the sloicitors.

They are moderating me to death here and ultimately "they" are the solicitors.

You have been moderated for foul language, naming individual firms/lawyers, and posting links to a personal campaigning site.

You have arrived on this forum with a personal vendetta and never took the time to read about who runs the site, what profession they are in, what their aims are.

- You refuse offers of free professional help.
- You choose not to reply to Young Again's proposal that you make some constructive suggestions.
- You criticise the operators of this site for their 'crappy' email system, yet seem happy to keep using the free service they provide.

Do you have ANYTHING useful to contribute?

What does my home page SAY? tell the people you have read it. What has it always said.
It most certainly is not a personal campaign and that is a GROSS DISTORTION. I am highlighting through personal experience a SERIOUS problem that causing chaos in the family unit in the UK and that is the Honesty and Integrity of professional solicitors. I dont like doing it, but there is no other way.
34 people viewed my blog from this site I suggest they recite what the Homepage actually says

This is about a civil rights movement called mothers for Justice who I am supporting VOLUNTARILY as you well know and they are making a significant change to things.

I am not against the aims and objectives of this web site.

You are unreal the lot of you. Smeer and spin

It says....

"The single issue is the professional standards and the honesty and integrity of a professional solicitor called Mr Blah Blah who is a Partner at XYZ company. It is not a forum for naming shaming or defamatory personalized comments about other cases or individuals."

In other words it clearly states your site is about a single issue - a personal vendetta you have against Mr Blah Blah.

- No noble cause.

- No change for the common good.

A single personal issue.

And it states that your site is not a forum for naming and shaming or defamatory personal comments.

So you want to keep your own forum clear of naming and shaming and personal comments.....but feel at liberty to come and name and shame using Wikivorce, putting Wiivorce at risk of libel and closure....to the extent that the moderators who would normally be enhancing the site or providing advice and info to people in need, now have a full time job tracking your activity on the site to clean up after you.

How long do you think your selfish and destructive use of this forum will be tolerated?? Not as long as you think
