Ignore her threats of going to court to get you to pay for all childcare costs. Its empty threats as CSA ( or whatever its called now) are responsible for setting rates of cm and unless as Fiona states you earn more than £3k a week a court wouldn''t be interested.

I did assume that it was a useless threat, but on looking at the .gov/scotland website, trying to find definitive answers is an absoloute nightmare.

If I earned +3K per wk, I would be happy to facilitate her wishes as the finances would be there.

At some point though, enough has to be enough.
