After recently finding that my partner (wife) cheated on me, and has been dishonest and deceitful on more than one occasion I don''t think I can stay by her side much longer.
My concern though as the Father of our Daughter, simply put I want responsibility of our Daughter.
I''ve got no problem with an agreement being made so my Wife has access to her, but I want my Daughter with me and I don''t know what I''ll do without her.

Both parents have responsibility for their children.

The presumption is that children will spend time with both parents.
