The sols is probably fed up being in the middle of two warring parents. It can be incredibly emotionally draining for professionals in that situation.

Start putting together your parenting plan, check with work to see if you can leave early every other Friday to collect your daughter from school and start late every other Monday so you can drop your daughter off at school;(if you and Mum could not actually see each other at handovers, I feel that this would be a huge help in reducing the conflict and hostility that your daughter has to endure each and every handover).

Thanks, work are not flexible however I could drop her off at 6pm on a Sunday at least then I have most of the day with her. There is no reason for me and ex to have contact during the handover. I pull off the road on to the driveway and beep the horn, daughter walks down the drive way into the car? The same for drop off.

The sols just emailed me and basically said that she wants to be civil (even though she told me to speak to her I need to go through the sols) which translates to he has told her she needs to start paying for his work or communicate with me.

I will call her tonight and keep you posted

thanks

Called her last night and she was civil for once but would not move on extra time with my daughter. Therefore I think the only option is an amendment to the existing court order :-(
