my ex and I had to go through a child protection matter with the arguments going on between us. now I want to apply to do teacher training. do the social services have the ability to prevent me applying to do teacher training as the child protection issues were resolved between my ex and myself and the order did not continue. this was over 5 years ago. how can I find out if I am blacklisted against a career with children now? how can I find or see my records from the time of my divorce? can anyone advise me please.
