Topic started by diggingdeep,
Well another week on and the Ex wife is continuing the failing of contact by way of communication.

At there home no one is here at all ,and yet again no reply''s of her mobile to my text messages.
This is very poor yet again , a person repeatedly failing week after week .
It is unfair I travel from my place of work to her home and she fails to honour her part of child contact.

So it seems my children are punished by this type of behaviour , must admit it id fairly low down ,and i would have expected more .
I am disappointed that my children are being fobbed of with this low quality approach to child contact .

It seems this person is only interested in creating a hostile situation at all times ,and truly forgetting there role in the area.
It is simply the case of a very unprofessional approach to fasiliating child contact.
This is truly dire , best that they can do is continually fail , should really focus on trying to ensure child contact situations run smoothly , obviously dealing with a bluffer truly not interested in the bigger picture.
I find it hilarious they exel at failure, but can not over see..contact.

Yet again more failings ....in this field
Another example of no commitment to ensuring child contact .

"well done guys pat on the back for doing Absolute zilch again "

Reply from diggingdeep,
Looks like she is adopting the ole " severing all form of communication"

Very lame useless tactic ....
Guaranteed to cause distress and be very hostile ,wonderfully useless aproach to child contact ..

This situation needs to be resolved, so you can either continue with the existing situation, or take the advice that has been given to you by a number of people on this forum, and submit an application. The longer you leave it, the longer your children have to go without seeing you, and the harder it will be to re-establish contact.

Reply from diggingdeep,
To be honest bit of a dilema , it is . True it needs resolving somehow . I must reiterate I played my part in initiating contact , just refuses communication . I must be honest never dealt with a person like this ...this type of behaviour is useless, just keeps highlighting what should not be happening in the type of situations . It is a shame I have to repeatedly have to come on here and slate people for contact failure.
Ideally person should have stuck to verbal mediation agreement as regards child contact
But once new boyfriend on the scene all nicely shacked up together, funnily enough child contact stops or is heavily obstructed .
As a nrp I expect better this is low quality
Approach to child contact .total disgrace
Waiting for her/ they ..to get there act together.
Thanks for the view /comment as regard my contact issue
